Return and Exchange Policy for Gnome on the Go

Overview

Thank you for choosing Gnome on the Go! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our gnomes (both adult and kids versions), flags, display cases, and children’s book. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any used products, including gnomes, flags, display cases, and the children’s book, The Adventures of Gnome on the Go. All sales on used or opened items are considered final.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Under specific circumstances, you may be eligible for an exchange:

  • Unused and Unopened Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Time Frame: You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request an exchange.
  • Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@gnomeonthego.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
  • Approval: Exchanges are subject to approval by Gnome on the Go. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing your exchange.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item may apply.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or Opened Items: As stated above, we do not offer exchanges on any used or opened products.
  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during final sale or clearance events are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchanges are available only for items that meet the above criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos as proof. If approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
